Our patient named Nilg\u00fcn E. applied to our clinic with the aim of obtaining a more aesthetic, more balanced smile that is compatible with her facial structure. In the first evaluation, it was seen that our patient expected a more natural appearance, especially in terms of tooth form, color harmony and smile line in the anterior region.<\/p>

In this process, our aim is not only to change the color of the teeth; our patient's lip structure, smile line, gum appearance, facial expression and existing dental tissues are evaluated together. a personalized, natural and balanced smile design<\/b> was to create.<\/p>

    Each tooth was evaluated individually when creating the treatment plan. In the aesthetic area, a more natural, light-transparent and compatible appearance with the tooth tissue was targeted. lamina coating<\/b> was preferred.     When Nilg\u00fcn E. came to our clinic, her teeth in the anterior region did not meet her aesthetic expectations in terms of color, form and alignment. The appearance of the teeth during the smile affected our patient's facial expression and she expected a brighter, more organized, more natural smile.<\/p>

    As seen in the initial photograph, there were color differences, form irregularities and areas in the smile line that could be aesthetically improved. For this reason, not only individual teeth were considered in the treatment planning, but the whole smile as a whole.<\/p>

      In aesthetic dentistry, it is not correct to make a decision only by looking at the external appearance. Especially before restorative procedures such as lamina or zirconium, factors such as the infrastructure of the teeth, the need for root canal treatment, bite relationship and clenching habits should be evaluated.<\/p>

In this case, it was aimed to achieve a more natural light transmission, more elegant tooth forms and a smile in harmony with facial expression.<\/p>

      The main reason for planning 19 lamina veneers was to harmonize the teeth visible in the smile. Because changing only a few teeth can disrupt the integrity in terms of color and form in some cases. For this reason, a more balanced result was aimed by evaluating the teeth visible in the smile line together.<\/p>
